Who Am I?
I am a qualified Social Worker, AMHP and Practice Educator and soon to be qualified Coach, currently undergoing my Level 5 Coaching End Point Assessment.
I am a true believer in lifelong learning and self-care. Coaching and mentoring provide a rare opportunity to focus on ourselves, and our goals.
I provide a safe space for you to explore areas that you would like to develop and/or achieve either professionally, personally, or both. I facilitate reflective thinking and goal setting to support you to achieve your goals. I am dedicated to being person-centred, and strengths focused supporting you to reframe your thinking in a more positive way.

With a solid background in social work and mental health, I provide a unique approach that inspires confidence and resilience.
What is the difference between coaching and mentoring?
Coaching provides a safe space to explore areas that you would like to develop and/or achieve either professionally, personally, or both. It is non-directive, and it is the role of the coach to facilitate reflective thinking and goal setting to support the Coachee to achieve their goals.
Mentoring is more directive and includes advice. I tends to span a longer time frame and focuses on development and learning.
Both will support you to achieve your full potential.
Coaching is generally scheduled for six to eight sessions depending on your desired outcome. Mentoring can be ongoing for as long as you feel you require.
